Everything you'd want to know before booking a site visit — and a few things most buyers only think to ask afterward.
Yes. Every RVR plot goes through legal title verification before it's listed for sale, and copies of the relevant land records are shared with buyers before booking. We encourage you to also get the documents independently reviewed by your own lawyer.
RERA applicability depends on the specific project's size, structure and the state it's located in. Our team will confirm the RERA status (or applicable exemption) for the specific project you're interested in, along with the relevant registration number where applicable.
It starts with a site visit — we don't recommend booking without seeing the plot in person. If you decide to proceed, a booking amount secures your chosen plot, followed by an agreement to sell, balance payment as per the schedule, and final registration in your name.
Most projects offer a staged payment plan tied to booking, agreement and registration milestones. For select projects we can also connect you with financing partners — ask our team for the current plan on your shortlisted project.
Use the "Book Site Visit" button on any page, or call us directly. We'll confirm a convenient date, share the exact route, and typically have someone from our team meet you on-site.
It varies by destination — Kasauli is roughly a 4-5 hour drive, while Bhimtal, Rishikesh Valley and Lansdowne are each around 6-7 hours from Delhi. Our team can share the exact route and drive-time estimate for your shortlisted project.
Each project has a maintenance arrangement — either a residents' association or a maintenance agency — covering roads, common green spaces and shared utilities. A nominal maintenance fee applies, communicated clearly before booking.
Yes, once registration is complete the plot is fully yours to hold, build on, or resell as per applicable local land laws. Our team can also assist with a resale listing within the RVR buyer network if you decide to sell in the future.
